Whirled Music

April 2022, Sound Performance, Archipel Festival, Geneva

Between composition and improvisation, Whirled Music is a performance carried out entirely with instruments and objects to spin (Whirling Instruments). A search for experimental instruments was carried out upstream of the performance.

It is an artistic and historical project, which has connected to the dynamics created around the London Musicians Collective in the mid-1970s and reactivated by this same collective. This is a creation in situ, driven by the Archipel Festival in Geneva.

With: Max Eastley – Steve Beresford – David Toop – Anne Rochat – Oren Ambarchi – Marie Piot – Rachel Morend

One link listening performance, broadcast on the Lithuanian LRT radio.
