Immersive sound installation, 8 flashing lights, 8 relays 220V, Arduino Uno, Max MSP

Grosse cochonne (bit slut) is a poem. The play is based on the poem written exclusively with the 8 letters:

C – E – G – H – N – O – R – S

8 letters, 8 flashing lights, 8 frequencies.
whenever a letter appears in a word, the flashing light corresponding to the letter is activated, joining the other beacons of this word. Thus, for 23 minutes, the flashing lights turn on and off, creating a sound and visual interpretation of the poem below:

« Grosse cochonne cherche héros
Or, cochon gros égo :
ogre ronge orge
Éros gore nécrosé
grogne « encore, encore ! »
Grosse cochonne songe :
ses os secs
ses ergs rongés
ses gosses
ses chères choses roses
son con écorché
Oh ! Grosse cochonne en congé !
En son gré, grosse cochonne

ses échos en ocres néons. »

You will also find a central letter rosette, where the shadow cast by the beacon reveals the activated letter.

The flashing lights, appeased by the bass, seem to become the strange and alarming pacifiers of a giant slut/pig overlooking us. They chant a encrypted poem, who speaks to us of violence with little letters and what is needed in humor and discrepancy.
The public is invited to install on the mat.
