Collaboration with the company Cirqu’en choc
History seems to repeat itself. again. again. Like a circular movement on which we try to advance without ever extracting ourselves. On stage, three artists are looking for a breach in this spiral. They walk on a wire, resist the jolts of the world, seek a new breath.
The show explores our relationship to chaos, to collapse, to memory. The tense bodies, the rubbed strings, the distorted sounds draw an almost physical tension: that of a cracking world. However, in the middle of this agonizing loop, a possibility arises. that of reinventing. to imagine an elsewhere.
Inspired by Drexciya’s Afrofuturist myth, the show transforms historical pain into scenic material. This is not an observation, it is a poetic insurrection. A utopia of resistance. A suspended moment when art becomes an act of survival.
A performative, musical, powerful spectacle. Who questions, who disturbs. And which restores fire in the legs, even when everything is pitching.
